This title is also just my imagination about the Arizonian desert that is full of historical remains. Caravan, yes, caravan is the main traditional vehicle that had been widely used by people eastcoast to go westward searching a better living. Along with the fast development of machinery industry, peoples, especially today, cannot use this vehicle like it used to be no more. Today, there are many modern ones that could move people more and more faster and economical. This makes most of people just leave such vehicle behind and keep driving the modern one. But, In this case it’s wrong if we judge modernity is the criminal and the old one becomes the victim.

Today, when the sun beam stinks every skin, a young man contrarily riding a ‘52 Panhead amid the hottest desert somewhere in Arizona. He looks like the man in New Mexico last month. Yes, that’s right, Al is in Arizona today. He’s been riding his bike for hours. It seems that the typical hot climate of Arizonanian desert doesn’t stop him to always capture Highway 66 remains. His eagle eyes seems never stop scrutinizing his surroundings. Today, he feel so upset. Tens of caravans was just left aside by its owner.

Today and yesterday, that two words are gonna be born everytime at the same time. Both of them will be arguing so viciously each other to strengthen each position in everyday’s and evewhere’s life. As a responsible man, we need our wisdom to always treate both equally without leaving alone one of them. It’s gonna be so great and gorgeous if we, people, always can do so. As a human being we have to always move forward to build this life and face challenges, besides, we have to always bring the spirit of struggling to live that always been warcried by our predecessors. Yesterday, as fact, has been the foundation of our life today and is gonna be our spirit to face any challenges tommorrow.

Here, The Old Route 66 is not the victim of the new built four lane highway system. The matter we should underline here, is how to keep both two and four lane highway system and it’s things living together based on different functions and how to increase the apreciation of people to it’s historical role. That’s gonna be always enriching America.
